25PD-SOUTH FIXED, TALK GROUPS CHANGED IN 25EMS

Finaly heard the garbled transmissions from 25PD-SOUTH this morning.  Went to the site and found the radio decoding the control channel about 10% out of 8 other radios on the multicoupler it was the only one doing it.  When listening to the audio I heard what sounded like a wining in the audio.  When I broke the ground RF connection off the multicoupler it went away and decode went back up to 95%.  Installed a ground isolator into the antenna and decode is holding good.

While I was there I removed the 25REG1 talkgroup from the 25EMS feed there patch from analog sucks. And is over modulated and just makes listening to the feed crap...  I added 25PATRI for Patriot Ambulance in its place...  I may also put MMR South in it.. But didn't right the talk group down before I left for the site.
